About me

I am currently training in psychotherapy (4th clinical year) and have for many years worked in hospitality, and before that in global political risk analysis.

Why supporting you is my passion

Some of the most meaningful moments in my life have been when I felt truly met by another person—sometimes with support, and sometimes with gentle challenge. Especially during difficult periods, being able to share my struggles has helped me feel less alone. Those experiences gave me space to better understand my own unhelpful patterns, and over time, to move toward greater clarity, authenticity, and alignment within myself.
I hope to offer you a space to listen and share with you what you want to bring to our sessions.

Trying to understand the multiplicity of human experience, I am influenced in my training in Transactional Analysis and also by our human biology, neuroscience and evidence based mindfulness practice.

Whatever you want to bring, you are welcome.

I have experience in …

addiction

anxiety

co-dependency

bereavement

depression

divorce and seperation

eating disorders

grief

sexual abuse

trauma

issues arising from neurodivergence

Together we can uncover and make sense of any complex and limiting thoughts, feelings and behaviours, bringing them into awareness to live a life with greater authenticity and intimacy.
